The WV Jobs Network currently consists of five anchor partners. These five partners include High Rocks, Coalfield Development, First2 Network, Appalachian Promise, and Generation WV. These cross-sector partners want to develop systems that work across the entire workforce pathway including workforce training and development, solving workforce pathway issues, and more.
The WV Jobs Network uses a collective impact framework to conduct its work. Collective Impact efforts have a common agenda, shared metrics, continuous communication, aligned activities, and strong backbone support.
