Power Skills Course 1 (Modules 1 – 5)

Welcome to the Power Skills Course, developed by High Rocks Educational Corporation and the WV Jobs Network.  During this course, High Rocks aims to create a guided learning environment where you can learn and practice the essential leadership and collaboration skills that employers want. This course will cover the first five power skills:

1. Initiative,
2. Time management and Prioritization,
3. Adaptability and Flexibility,
4. Focus and Productivity,
5. and Workplace Communication.

People who exhibit power skills are innovative, team-oriented individuals who excel in their workplaces and their lives as community leaders, entrepreneurs, and valuable members of the workforce. In this course, High Rocks will provide the curriculum structure, and online modules will be added below throughout the course's duration. These modules will include the materials and workbook questions to help you build and demonstrate mastery in each skill.
